Water Treatment

One of our oldest and best clients specializes in water and waste water treatment.  We have done several projects over the past 5 years and still strive to give you the best treatment system money can buy.  We have done all types of filtration from normal cartridge type plants all the way to small RO (reverse osmosis) plants.  some clients include very well known bottled water and soft drink suppliers.  For more information on the water treatment side please visitthe Quality Filtration Systems website directly.

Bottled water filtration skid

Replacement of an old membrane filtration plant with a new one for a big bottled water supplier. All exisitng pumps wiring and tanks were used and only the filtration skid was replaced.  All mechanical and electrical work was accomplished within 7 days. 

The Siemens S300 PLC was removed from the old plant and re-used in the new one.  The system also interfaces to a WINcc SCADA system.  Both the PLC and SCADA system was modified to work with the new filtration system.  The plant has been in operation since May 2004.
